Forced to the limits, of life and beyond
Affixed to the wood, where man is the bond

All was surrendered, that life could be won
Requested by Father, accepted by Son

Desire to bathe, in advent of glory
Yet cover of darkness, too often tells story

From mountain and valley, and plain to the sea
Splash in the hopes, God calls us to be
